Individual therapy
Where else can you discuss past trauma, Vanderpump Rules, and your relationship with your father in the same hour? Individual therapy offers us a space to work on our relationship with ourselves and the people in our community. It can be a place to discuss the topics that feel too heavy for the dinner party or the thoughts that embarrass us. It is our time, in which the only pretense is that all of our identities are welcomed. Therapy is a subversive space where we can become new versions of ourselves, by our authentic definition of progress.
Relationship counseling
Navigating relationship dynamics in the modern world can be challenging. Sometimes, we find ourselves in a cyclic pattern of arguments, and we need to take a step back in a neutral setting. People leverage couples therapy to process old wounds and work through differing attachment styles. Others want to improve the quality of their intimacy or communicate with more curiosity toward one another. Some couples come to therapy before major transitions or after a loss to strengthen their bond. This is place for us to explore your relationship and create goals together.
